MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCI <br />(" 1 FROM: CLERK-ADMIBISTRATOR <br />DA'PE: MAY 4, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: CUSTOMER RELATIONS TASK FORCE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Attached please find the recommendations of the City's <br />Customer Relations Task Force entitled, "Recommendations for <br />Improving efindealn the City Of memorandum from the Task <br />Also attachedhed please <br />Force inviting them to attend the May 15, 1985 Agenda <br />Session at which time these recommendations will be placed <br />before you for your consideration and hopeful approval. <br />As you know: the Task Force was appointed by me with the <br />charge of repcommendationcurrent <br />improveomer thoseservice <br />standards <br />areas where <br />and awing <br />deficiencies have been identified. The first seven <br />recommendations call for modifications to current practices <br />which can approvaleofmthesenrecommendations foroimmediate <br />implement app <br />implementation.
