MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR`%x\y <br />DATE: JANUARY 31, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: ROSEVILLE SPEEDSKATING FAOILITIY <br />Pursuant to your direction at the Janaury 23, 1989 Council <br />Meeting, attached please find a copy of Resolution No. 1815 <br />adopted by the Mounds View City Council on October 8, 1994 <br />supporting the City of Roseville's proposal for a regional <br />speedskating facility. <br />I am not aware of the fact that the Ramsey County delegation <br />has requested that Ramsey County cities readopt or update <br />their resolutions of support. I feel it would be <br />appropriate for the City Council to simply direct staff to <br />forward a copy of the resolution to the current Ramsey <br />County delegation. Such action should be interpreted as a <br />restatement of your commitment to supporting the Roseville <br />facility. <br />DFP/MJS <br />1�' <br />
