Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported she had received a <br />phone call, advising the Council agenda had not been <br />on cable over the weekend or last Thursday or Friday, <br />and it appeared to be typed onto the screen just this <br />evening. <br />Jerry, the cable cameraman, advised there Wa -I pre- <br />blem experienced this past weekend, and he would be <br />taking the responsibility over from City Staff and <br />will be doing it on Fridays. <br />Councilmember Paone had no report. <br />Councilmember Wuori had no report. <br />Mayor Hankner had no report. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley advised Phillips 66 has <br />applied for planning consideration on their Long <br />Lake Road site, and the Planning Commission will be <br />getting the information at their next meeting. He <br />stated he believes they plan to tear down the old <br />structure and correct the soil problems and install <br />a self service facility with a small grocery area and <br />car wash. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported he had received <br />the last of the questionnaires from Staff on the City <br />survey, and he will be going over a rough draft with <br />Dr. Morris this week. Dr. Morris will then put it <br />into draft form. He handed out copies of the <br />questions received. <br />Mayor Hankner suggested doing a separate survey of <br />senior citizens. She also asked the status of the <br />Hardees development. <br />Attorney Karney reported he had sent a copy of the <br />development agreement to the attorney for Hardees <br />and the attorney for Paster Enterprises, but has not <br />heard back from them. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated they nay want to <br />wait until spring to build.
