CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />2401 HIGHWAY 10 <br />MOUNDS VIEW, MN 55112 <br />JOB DESCRIPTION <br />POSITION TITLE: Park Groundskeeper Supervisor <br />DEPARTMENT: Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br />ACCOUNTABLE TO: Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br />DATE: March, 1990 <br />NA T U"E OF wnax <br />Supervise the park maintenance work performed by the Park Groundskeepers as well <br />as provide working assistant. <br />EXAMPLES OF WORK <br />Provide in-service training and instruction to the Park Groundskeepers regarding <br />rules and regulations of using park vehicles and equipment. <br />Explain work standards and means of measuring completion and quality of <br />performance. <br />Inspect work performed on a daily basis. <br />Give work assignments. <br />Meet with the Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry every morning for <br />communicating pare maintenance and preparation needs. <br />Provide working assistance as needed to prepare for deadlines. <br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br />Must be at least 21 years of age and have prior experience as a park groundskeeper. <br />OTHER REQUIREMENTS <br />Abide by the rules and regulations for use of Public Works vehicles and equipment as <br />directed by the Public Works Foreman. <br />
