RESOLUTION NO. 3041 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND EASEMENT <br />VACATIONS FOR MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARR -SOUTH, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 259-89 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council :aviewed the <br />request by the Everest Group for final plat approval and easement <br />vacations for the Mounds View Business Park -South project; and <br />WHEREAS the Mounds View City Council has reviewed City <br />Engineer Ric Minetor's memo dated May 21, 1990, addressing the <br />final plat and easement vacations; and <br />WHEREAS, this final plat must be recorded with Ramsey <br />County in accordance with Mounds View Subdivision Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves of the requested final plat and <br />vacation easement for the Mounds View Business Park -South project. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 29th day of May, 1990. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
