Description: Insulation of existing watermain at Quincy and <br />County Road H2. <br />Purpose: Existing ground elevation being approximately 912.8 <br />would normally indicate that existing watermain would be at <br />an elevation of approximatelof 9011.26 would have provided <br />is <br />normal).
