This entails a <br />great deal of rewriting. One of the bulletins Is now in Its fifth draft. I <br />have established a goal of having all bu11et1ns old and new, completed by <br />years end. For some of You who may <br />or not been privy to the Information, the Citv of Blaine have forgotten <br />Department were sued (subrogated) by the insurance companyand a result of a fire that occurred during Nay 1985. The main allegations being <br />P y for Investcast as <br />that the city was negligent in not providing city water mains and the fire <br />department negligent in our fire ground tactics.
