Roll Call <br />Q—u k, 8lanchard and Mayor Hankner. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Paulay and City Planner Hren. <br />It was noted Public Works Director Minetor was attend- <br />ing the School Board meeting and would be joining the <br />.,Council meeting later. <br />I� <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Quick to approve the June 12, <br />4. Approval of <br />1989 minutes as corrected. <br />Minutes: <br />June 12, 1989 <br />4 ayes 0 nays 1 abstention <br />Motion. Carried <br />Councilmember Blanchard abstained from the vote as she <br />had not been present at the June 12 meeting. <br />There were no residents requests or comments from 5. Residents <br />tRequests or <br />he floor. <br />Comments from <br />the Floor <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley read the items on the 6. Approval of <br />proposed consent agenda, with the exception of the Consent Agenda <br />licenses for renewal. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve the <br />consent agenda, as presented, and waive the reading <br />of the resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
