i <br />M <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2510 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />REQUEST BY MICHAEL READ TO CONSTRUCT AN OVERSIZED <br />ACCESSORY BUILDING AT 2208 LOIS DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 267-89 <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Michael Read, 2208 Lois Drive, has requested <br />a conditional use permit to allow for the construction of an <br />oversized accessory building (352 square feet); and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 40.10, <br />Subdivision C(2) provides that the maximum size of an a•cessory <br />building in an R-1 D_strictshail e squara 216 square feet unless a <br />City; <br />conditional use permit is granted by the <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission and City <br />Council have reviewed the applicant's request for a conditional <br />use permit and determines that it is in conformance with the <br />aforementioned conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Councii of <br />the City of Mounds View approves a conditional use permit to <br />allow for an oversized accessory building of 352 square feet <br />requested by Michael Read, 2208 Lois Drive, legally described as <br />Block 18, Lots 2 and 3, Pinewood Terrace No. 5, contingent upon <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The accessory building must conform with Sections <br />40.04, Subd. F and 40.10, Subd. C(2) of the Zoning <br />Code. <br />2. The accessory building shall not exceed four hundred <br />(400) square feet. <br />3. The building must be a permanent structure. <br />4. The building shall be designed and maintained to <br />provided a uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br />5. Should the use for which the permit was granted be <br />changed, the permit shall be subject to <br />reconsideration, revocation or other action as <br />regulated by Chapter 40.25 of this Code. <br />6. Only vehicles licens-d as collectors vehicles may be <br />stored in the accessory building. <br />
