RESOLUTIuN NO. 2510 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />REQUEST <br />ACCESSORYAEL READ BUILD BUILDINGCONSTRUCT <br />OVERSIZED <br />LOIS DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE No. 267-89 <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Michael Read, 2208 Lois Drive, has requested <br />a conditional use permit to allow for the construction of an <br />oversized accessory building (352 square feet); and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 40.10, <br />Subdivision C(2) provides that the maximum size of an accessory <br />building in an R-1 District shall be 216 square feet unless a <br />conditional use permit is granted by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission and Citv <br />Council nave reviewed the applicant's request for a conditional <br />use permit and determines that it is in conformance with the <br />aforementioned conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves a conditional use permit to <br />i allow for an oversized accessory building of 352 square feet as <br />requested by Michael Read, 2208 Lois Drive, legally <br />Block 18, Lots 2 and 3, Pinewood Terrace No. 5, contingent upon <br />the :ollowing conditions; <br />tions <br />1 pe04, Subd.
