RESOLUTION NO. 2514 • <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR AND <br />MAYOR TO EXECUTE A HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN RASMEY COUNTY, THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON, <br />THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, AND THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />proposed Household Hazardous Waste Collection Agreement and <br />approves the expenditure of approximately $500.00 to cover the <br />City of Mounds View's cost for participation in the Collection <br />Day. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorizes its Mayor and Clerk -Administrator to execute <br />the Household hazardous Waste Collection Agreement pursuant to <br />direction found above. <br />Adopted this 24th day of July, 1'_t. <br />ATTEST:`] <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
