Call to <br />PM or. Monday, July 24, 1989. <br />Cyder <br />The Pledge of. Allegiance was said. <br />2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Paone, Quick, <br />Blanchard, Wuori and Mayor Hankner. <br />3• Roll Call <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Kerney, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley, Public Works <br />Director Minetor and <br />City Planner Hren. <br />- Motion/Second: Paone/Wuori to approve the July 10, <br />1989 m—mutes as corrected. <br />4. Approval of <br />Minutes: <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />July 10, 1989 <br />Motion Carried <br />Mayor Hankner explained that due to the number of <br />inquiries concerning the status <br />5' Requests <br />of the Silver View Park <br />Picnic shelter, she would be adding that as <br />Reues_s and <br />and <br />a new ;1g <br />to the agenda for the evening. <br />from <br />the Floor <br />James Perron, 22PB Highway 10, stated he had lived in <br />the area and he reviewed the history of the area, in <br />particular a large storm sewer which he stated runs <br />under City Hall, which is large enough to drive a car <br />through. He stated trees have been lost where storm <br />sewer has been placed, and he feels someone is trying <br />to Pull the rug out from under him. He stated he is <br />against Everest and what they are proposing to do. <br />Mayor Hankner explained the Everest proposal would be <br />discussed later on the agenda. <br />Mayor Hankner closed the regular meeting and opened 6. Public Hearing: <br />the first public hearing at 7:08 �PM. 11,, Request for <br />Wetland Altera- <br />tion Permit, <br />Sabri Ayaz, <br />7751 Bona Road <br />
