RESOLUTION NO. 2517 i <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STAT9 OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR <br />ELIZABETH MEZZANO, 7490 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE No. 274-89 <br />WHEREAS, Elizabeth Mezzano has requested approval of a <br />minor subdivision for the property located at 7490 Knollwood <br />Drive, legally known as: <br />SPRING LAKE PARK KNOLLS ADDITION <br />LOT 102 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have <br />reviewed the applicant's request for a minor subdivision, and <br />determines that it is in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of <br />the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the minor subdivision request by <br />Elizabeth Mezzano contingent upon the following: <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />PPA <br />1) Providing the City with appropriate title abstracts <br />for each lot and recording those abstracts with Ramsey <br />County. <br />2) The Park Dedication requirements are satisfactorily <br />met. <br />Adopted this 14th day of August, 1989. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
