RESOLUTION NO. 2519 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AMENDMENT REQUEST BY EVEREST DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK SOUTH <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has -:viewed <br />the request by Everest Development for a planned unit development <br />(PUD) amendment to the already approved PUD site plans for the <br />Mounds View Business Park South project; and <br />WHEREAS, the revised site plan is shown as Exhibit A and <br />dated July 31, 1989, and <br />WHEREAS, the changes involve an expansion of Building I <br />and reduction of Buildings H and J; and <br />A.fl.REAS, the proposed building square tootages are as <br />follows: <br />Building H 67,463 <br />Building I 154,118 <br />and; Building J 65,274 <br />WHEREAS, the proposed amendment increases parking by 30 <br />stalls for a total of 463 stalls which includes 12 handicapped <br />parking stalls; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council approves <br />deferral of upgrading the 33 parking stalls on the south drive <br />(southeast side from the end of the retaining wall moving south <br />towardsCounty Road H) until such time the City deems necessary; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed amendment meets the intent of the <br />original PUD site plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have <br />reviewed the revised landscaping plans which calls for the same <br />quantity of landscape materials on the site and found that the <br />landscape plan meets the intent the original landscape plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the proposed PUD amendment as <br />requested. <br />Adopted this 14th day of August, 1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />tw <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
