ORDINANCE NO. <br />PAGE SIX <br />200.08 PENALTIES. <br />Subdivision 1. Penalty. Any person who obtains <br />a large outdoor assembly license, and any employee or agents <br />thereof who violates this ordinance or any condition of any <br />large outdoor assembly license issued upon conviction <br />thereof by any lawful authority, shall be guilty of a misde- <br />meanor. <br />Subdivision 2. Penalty for Violation by Partici- <br />ants. The applicant shall be required to post copies of <br />the large outdoor assembly license at several locations in <br />and about the premises, including the automobile parking <br />area. Any participant in the large outdoor assembly other <br />than the applicant and its employees, who violates any <br />provision of such posted conditions which is specifically <br />applicable to participants, shall be guilty of a misde- <br />meanor. <br />SECTION II.
