OEM <br />MEMORANDUM <br />Memo To :Mayor and City Council Members <br />From :Ric Minetor, City Engineer/Di�f Public Works <br />Date :August 17, 1989 _ <br />subject :8160 Red Oak Ct. - Gary Krig <br />Request for Use of an Easement <br />Mr. Gary Krig has requested to utilize a portion of the drainage <br />and utility easement on his parcel <br />for <br />an asked ground swimming <br />other affected <br />pool. (See attached letter). <br />utilities for comment. I have received verbal comme;lt from NSP <br />electric service, but no comment from gas, telephone or cable <br />television. At this time, I believe that the other utilities have <br />little interest in the area outside the normal 10 foot easement <br />location. <br />I have indicated to <br />Mr. dKth tCitytwould is area <br />need for <br />rhold overflow <br />harmless <br />the detention p <br />agreement from him. The proposed pool could be flooded due to <br />overflew of the detention pond, and there is the possibility of ^•• <br />e., structural damage during a flooding situation depending on the <br />water level in the pool at that time. I also would request that <br />the fence around the pool be of a style to allow water to flow <br />through the fence. No structures would be allowed above the grade <br />of the current soil with the exception of the fence.
