.a <br />MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: City Planner Hren <br />DATE: August 24, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: MIKE MF,ZZENGA FINAL PLAT <br />Please find attached a copy of Mike Mezzenga's proposed final <br />plat for Long Lake Woods subdivision in Mounds View. <br />The final plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat. The subdivision ordinance states that if the final plat is <br />in conformance with the preliminary plat, the proposed final plat <br />would be required to have only City Council approval. <br />Also for your review will be a memo from the City Engineer <br />regarding the proposed final plat.
