Call to <br />Mayor Hankner at 7:00 PM on Monday, July 24, 1989. Order <br />----------------- <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />July 24, 1989 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2901 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Counr_ilmembers Paone, Quick, <br />Blanchard, Wuori an'. Mayor Hankner. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney. Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley, Public Works Director Minetor and <br />City Planner Frei). <br />Motion/second: Paone/Wuori to approve the July 10, <br />1989 minutes as corrected. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />3. noll Call <br />4. Approval of <br />Minutes:July 10, 1989 <br />Motion Carried <br />Mayor Hankner explained that due to the number of 5. Residents <br />inquiries concerning the status of the Silver View Park Requests and <br />picnic shelter, she would be adding that as a new'-19 Comments from <br />to the agenda for the evening. the Floor <br />James Perron, 2288 Highway 10, stated he had lived in <br />the area and he reviewed the history of the area, in <br />particular a large stcrm sewer which he stated runs <br />under City Hall, which is large enough to driveacar <br />through. He stated tress have been lost where storm <br />sewer has been placed, anal he feels someone is trying <br />to pull the rug out from under him. He stated he is <br />against Everest and what they are proposing to do. <br />Mayor Hankner explainerthe Everest Droposal would be <br />discussed later on the agenda. <br />Mayor Hankner closed the rec_ular meating and opened o.
