-C,. <br />i <br />® MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: City Planner Hren <br />DATE: August. 2.3, 1969 <br />SUBJECT: MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK SOUTH <br />WETLANDS ALTERATION PERMIT <br />Please find enclosed Resolution No. 2525 approving a wetlands <br />alteration permit for the Wetlands Enhancement Project as part of <br />the Mounds View Business Park South project. <br />The School District Board approved of the wetland project that <br />has been proposed by the Everest Group. The proposal includes an <br />enhancement of the wetlands and construction of a trail system <br />around the wetland. <br />This wetland alteration permit is for the School District <br />property. The City Council already approved of the PUD including <br />the road extension and the appropriate wetland alteration permit <br />for this extension. <br />® MMH/BAC <br />
