DEVELOPMIENT AGREEMENT 89-91 <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />In addition to the foregoing conditions, the Developer agrees to <br />the following: <br />1. The Developer shall be responsible for the maintenance <br />of landscaping on the site in the same or similar <br />condition as approved in the development site plans as <br />outlined on Page One (1) of this Development Agreement. <br />2.
