MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Cltv Planner Hren <br />DATE: August 17, 1969 <br />SUBJECT: 1989 RECYCLING GRANT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT <br />Please find attached a memo from Ramsey County Public Health <br />Department regarding an adjustment to our 1989 Grant Agreement <br />for recyling. After discussion with Rick Hlavka regarding <br />expenses for the recycling program determined that additional in Mounds View, it was <br />monies were needed in order to <br />continue the program through the end of the year. Ramsey County <br />has agreed to provide an additional $3,800 for collection <br />expenses. No additional money has been granted for public <br />education acitivity expenses. <br />Please find attached Addendum No. <br />Agreement 1 to the Recycling Grant <br />by and between Ramsey County and the City of Mounds <br />View for your consideration. <br />Please give Staff direction as to your acceptability of this <br />change so we can prepare the appropriate resolution. <br />MMH/BAC <br />Attachments <br />
