There are two ditches that need <br />to be crossed, and the proposed metal culvert can <br />handle a 100 year storm. <br />Councilmember Quick pointed out the placement of <br />the culvert was planned to allow people to cross in <br />that area. <br />Councilmember Blanchard questioned how much the path <br />would be interferred with if the culvert is not <br />placed at this time. <br />Mr. Minetor explained they would have to construct <br />a temporary crossing and then redo it later with <br />the culvert. <br />Sue Radermacher, 7421 Parkview, stated she was con- <br />cerned that other vehicles might try to cross the <br />ditch, and she would like to see some type of <br />barrier placed there. <br />Mr. Minetor reviewed the types of barriers <br />available. <br />Mayor Hankner explained there are two unfinished <br />items on the <br />15. They do agree with <br />Scaff that it would be good to extend the roadway, <br />as this would provide a secondary emergency access <br />to the prciect. <br />Mr. Minetor reviewed the proposal for the road <br />extension from Edgewood Drive to the develooment. <br />It would be 36' wide, with two traffic lanes and <br />one parking lane, with a 9 ton roadway design. He <br />also explained how the road design is done. <br />
