Roll Call <br />Blanchard, Paone and Mayor Hankner. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk/Administrator Pauley, Public <br />Wor.s Director Minetor and City Planner Hren. <br />Motion/Second: Paone/Quick to approve the August 4. Approval of <br />14, 1989 minutes as presented. August 14, 1989 <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Presentation <br />Mayor Hankner read proposed Resolution No. 2528, 5. Certificates <br />commending aquatics supeof Certs <br />rvisor Kelley Lindquist of Recognition <br />for his service to the City, and wishing him well <br />in his endeavors. <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Quick to adopt Resolution No. <br />commending aquatics supervisor Kelley Lindquist <br />2528, <br />for his service to the City. <br />Motion Carried <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner read proposed Resolution No. 2481, <br />commending City Forester Richard Wriskey for his <br />efforts and accomplishments with Tree City USA. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Paone to adopt Resolution <br />No. �2481, commending City Forester Richard Wriskey <br />for his efforts. <br />Motion Carried <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner presented the awards to Mr. Lindquist <br />and Mr. Wriskey. <br />
