MEMO TO: MAYOR AND COUNCIL <br />FROM: MARY SAARION, DIRECTOR el <br />PARKS, RECREATION AND FORESTRY <br />DATE: AUGUST 31, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: GREENFIELD PARK BASEBALL FIELD IMPROVEMENTS <br />Staff is currently working on obtaining approximate costs for improvements as stated <br />in Mr. Valley's letter regarding Greenfield baseball field. I will bring the estimated <br />costs to the agenda session on September 5. <br />As suggested by the Parks and Recreation Commission, I had already sent letters <br />inviting Mr. Valley and Mr. Flanagan (President of MVAA) to the next meeting on <br />September 24 to discuss options for the achievement of these improvements. <br />MS/SL <br />4 <br />
