Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve Reso- lution No. 2525, approving a wetlands alteration per- mit for Mounds View Business Park South wetland enhancement project, Planning Case No. 259-89, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Ms. Hren explained the proposed resolution would allow the Mayor and Clerk/Administrator to execute the development agreement regarding the PUD, Woodale Drive extension and wetland enhancement project for Mounds View Business Park South. The Attorney has reviewed and approved it. She noted the applicant has proposed some last minute minor changes, and the Attorney recommends the Council approve the agree- ment, with the changes, contingent upon his final approval. Motion/Second: Paone/Wuori to approve Resolution No. 2526, authorizing the City of Mounds View to execute Development Agreement No. 89-91 with Everest Development Group, contingent upon the approval of the Attorney, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported the Council had received the contract for review at their August 14 meeting. Attorney Karney has reviewed the contract and finds it acceptable. Motion/Second: Blanchard/Paone to approve the con- tract £or private redevelopment between the City of Mounds View and Commercial Property Investments, Inc for Mounds View Business Park South. 5 ayes 0 nays Ron Langness, of Springsted, Inc., explained the proposed resolution is related to the land buydown costs associated with Mounds View Business Park South. Bids will be called for on September 25, and reviewed for accuracy and will be presented to the Council at their meeting that evening.
