Mounds View City Council August 14, 1989 <br />Regular Meeting Page Eight <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Mr. Minetor reviewed the activities of the Admini— <br />stration and Engineering department, building <br />activity, and activities of the Streets, Garage, <br />Water, Sewer and Park Maintenance departments. <br />Attorney Karney had no report. 16. Report of <br />Attorney <br />Ms. Hren reported she is still looking for volunteers 17. Reports of <br />for the household hazardous waste clean—up day on Staff Members <br />September 23. <br />Mr. Minetor explained that "No Parking" signs had <br />recently been placed because of the chip seal pro— <br />ject. He noted all cars must be moved and if the <br />owner cannot be located, the vehicles will be towed. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley noted they also cannot <br />allow water to drain into the street during this <br />process. <br />Councilmember Wuori had no report. <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Councilmember Paone had no report. <br />Mayor Hankner noted the Soviet students who are visiting <br />in the City would be visiting her at her office <br />tomorrow, to see the Legislature. <br />Mayor Hankner reported Barr Engineering and the attorney <br />will be meeting to update the wetland ordinance. <br />18. Reports of <br />Councilmembe . er Councilmemb <br />Wuori <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained there had been 19 <br />difficulty in getting dates agreeable to everyone <br />for the team building meetings in August.
