He has reviewed the pay request, which has an overrun of $479.58, due to the addition of two sections of street not in the original contract, and higher usage of material than was planned. Motion,iSecond: Quick/Wuori to accept the project and approve thefinal payment to Allied Blacktop Co. in the amount of $55,628.78, to be charged to account 1100-4270-705, the street department construction account. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Mr. Minetor reported the building inspector Jim Tobias would be on vacation the first three weeks of Seotem- ber, and Carl Norlander will be assisting during that time, for 20 hours per week, at $16 per hour.
