First Reading <br />ordinance was drafted per Council direction, based of Ordinance <br />on action taken by the Legislature. The <br />Park and Rec Commission has recommending the plantings <br />begin this fall. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to direct Staff to <br />have Forester Wriske_v put plantings in in accordance <br />with the August 25, 1989 memo from Park and Rec <br />Director Saarion. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Mayor Hankner reviewed the .August 25 memo from Ms. <br />Saarion concerning recommendations for members to <br />serve on the Silver View Park Picnic Shelter <br />Planning Committee. It was agreed that Councilmember <br />Quick would represent the Council. Mayor Hankner <br />reviewed who the other proposed members would be. <br />
