RESOLUTION NO. 2545 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT N0. 89-91 <br />WITH RICHARD WOLENS OF PIONEER SCHWINN, 2661 COUNTY ROAD I <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Code, Chapter 48, requires a wetland <br />alteration permit to build in the buffer zone of a wetland; and <br />WHEREAS, a waiver of Highway 10 moritorium district <br />requirements has been requested by the applicant; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounas View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the proposed wetland alteration permit and waiver of Highway 10 <br />moritorium district requirements and recommended approval in <br />Resolution No. 266-89; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has also reviewed the wetland <br />alteration permit and waiver of Highway 10 moritorium district <br />requirements and the recommendation action of the Planning <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has stipulated requirements in <br />Development Agreement No, 89-92. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View authorizes its Clerk -Administrator and <br />Mayor to execute Development Agreement No. 89-92 pursuant to <br />direction found above. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 9th day of October, 1989. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Admintstrator <br />
