RESOLUTION NO. 2544 <br />PAGE TWO <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed sign <br />request and determines that it is/is not acceptable as part of <br />the CUP/PUD. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves/denys the conceptual Conditional <br />Use Permit/Planned Unit Development and the Conditional Use <br />Permit for the convenience food restaurant with drive -through <br />facilities contingent upon: <br />ATTEST: <br />04 <br />1. The developer enter into and sign a development <br />agreement with the City. <br />2. There shall not be excessive noise as a result <br />of the drive through restaurant outdoor menu <br />board. <br />3. All requirements of the City Forester dated <br />September 15 and September 28, 1989 are complied with. <br />4. That additional landscaping be added to the site, <br />particularly along County Road I and Long Lake Road. <br />5. Requirements of the City Engineer outlined in '{ <br />two memos both dated September 13, 1989 are 4w <br />complied with. <br />6. After an operational period of one year, the <br />hours of operation will be subject to review. <br />7. A permit from the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation is obtained for the land- <br />scaping shown on the state highway property. <br />8.
