The Forester was given the order <br />to go ahead last Tuesday. <br />Ms. Jones noted the letter was dated August 29, but <br />not postmarked until September 6, which is very <br />deceptive. <br />Ms. Saarion stated that was in error, and while the <br />letter was written for the agenda session, the date <br />should have been updated before it was set out. <br />Carol Golden, no address given, stated she agreed <br />with Ms. Jones comments, and she was also very <br />upset to find the plantings had already gone in. <br />Mayor Hankner stated the <br />ted the Council would discuss <br />situation with Staff, and she directed Ms. Saarion <br />to call Mr. Wriskey tomorrow and make him aware of <br />the problem. Authorize <br />methods of responding to <br />the six items stipulated by the Council i . <br />resolution. their <br />Mayor to Sign <br />County Road <br />n <br />J <br />Reconstruction <br />Mayor Hankner explained the Council's position has <br />not changed since <br />Study Report <br />on Behalf of <br />the motion was adopted in June, <br />and resolutions have been <br />the City <br />received from the County <br />in support of the items that Mounds View has raised. <br />The County has <br />stated they will be able to construct <br />the four lanes within the <br />existing right of way. <br />The action required by the Council is to sign off <br />on the study report <br />completed by the County, with <br />the contingencies that were discussed <br />a number of <br />weeks ago. She noted the County owns the <br />already, so <br />property <br />the City cannot stop them from making the <br />road four lanes. <br />I <br />
