MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: City Planner Hren <br />DATE: September 28, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER <br />Please find attached a letter to Paster Enterprises from the City <br />of Mounds View regarding the payment for the lawn sprinkler <br />system that was damaged during the reconstruction of County Road <br />I.
