<br />PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS
<br />110.01 Definitions.
<br />Subdivision I. "Peddler" means any person,
<br />not,oWhether
<br />from house

<br />to house, from place to place
<br />ing or transporting goods, wares or merchandise or offering or
<br />exposing the same for sale, or making sales and delivering
<br />articles to purchasers. It does not include vendors of milk,

<br />Subdivision 2. "Solicitor" means any person, whether a
<br />resident of the City of Mounds View or not, who goes from house
<br />to house, from place to place, or from street to street, solicit-
<br />ing or taking or attempting to take orders for sale oods,or
<br />wares or merchandise, including magazines, books, periodicals,
<br />personal property of aerformnature
<br />inhthe atE future, whether or;oever for future lnot rsuch
<br />or for service to be p payments on such
<br />order or whether or not he is collecting advance for himself, or
<br />order. Such definition includes any person who,
<br />uses
<br />for another person, firm or corporation, hires,
<br />structuretentr
<br />occupies any building, motor vehicle, trailer,
<br />railroad boxcar, boat, hotel room, lodging house, apartment,
<br />shop, or other place within the City for the purpose of exhibit-
<br />ing samples or taking orders for future delivery•
<br />Subdivision 3. "Transient Merchant" includes any Oerson,
<br />firm or corporation,
<br />whether as owner, agent,consignee,

<br />employee, whether a residena oftsellin9unds and delivering ,
<br />who engages in a temporary business
<br />goods, wares or such
