applicable Minnesota Statutes, the Mounds View Home Rule Charter, <br />and the Municipal Code. In the event of nonconformance by the <br />Developer, the City shall seek mandatory relief, after written <br />notice of the alleged violations, pursuant to the terms of this <br />Contract to enforce this provision and may prcceed to abate <br />public nuisances and to assess the cost of said abatement, <br />including all Costs, disbursements, legal fees against the <br />development site, as provided for in the Home Rule Charter, <br />Chapter 26 of the Municipal Code, and such other applicable <br />ordinances and Minnesota Statutes. <br />19. The development site shall be developed as indicated on <br />the attached site plan, referred to as Exhibit 2. The site plan <br />and the development to be constructed thereon may be amended from <br />time to time by the mutual written consent of the parties hereto, <br />in conformance with the Municipal Code of the City. <br />20. In addition to all of the provisions recited herein - <br />before, the Developer agrees to the following conditions as more <br />iully set out in Attachment A attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br />contract are severable, and in <br />21.
