DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT 89-93 <br />ATTACHMENT A II <br />In addition to the foregoing conditions, the Developer agrees to <br />the following: <br />1. The Developer shall be responsible for the maintenance <br />of landscaping on the site in the same or similar <br />condition as approved in the 'development site' plans as <br />outlined on page one (1) of this Development Agreement. <br />2. The Developer shall maintain the existing sprinkler <br />system so as to be in proper working order at all times. <br />3. The Developer shall install and maintain at the <br />Developer's expense the sprinkling system that has been <br />extended to the landscaped islands in the p S l <br />4. Weather permitting, deliveries tobusinees Restauranhours inorder <br />shall not take place during peak <br />to maintain adequate circulation. <br />5. Required landscaping improvements along Lake Lake Road <br />will be installed at such time the Long Lake Road <br />improvements are completed adjacent to this site.
