Consideration <br />information to present to the Planning Commission. <br />of Resolution <br />No. 233-88, <br />Jim and Linda Philippi, of North Star Engineering, <br />Conditional Ut <br />reported they were representing the applicant. <br />Permit Reques <br />by Amoco Oil <br />City Planner Herman clarified that she had spoken <br />Company, 2155 <br />with the City Engineer concerning the blower issue, <br />Highway Avenu. <br />and since it was required at a similar business at <br />Planning Case <br />Highway 10 and Silver Lake Road, and there are <br />No. 241-88 <br />enough similarities between the two, it should be <br />required here. <br />Chairman Mountin clarified the issue of stacking <br />is no longer an issue, as it has been cleared up <br />with the City Engineer, who now considers it <br />acceptable. <br />City Planner Herman clarified the number of parking <br />spaces which would be required. <br />Mr. Philippi stated they feel the primary exit will <br />be out onto Highway 10, and the increased distance <br />from the exit, along with the additional cycle time, <br />will allow more water to drip off the cars, and they <br />( do not feel a dryer is necessary. Other that than <br />issue, they have no objections to the Commission's <br />Resolution. <br />
