ORDINANCE NO. 478 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 41 ENTITLED, "SPECIFIC REZONINGS" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION 1. The Mounds View City Council has taken into <br />consideration the following items as it relates to the Mounds <br />View business Park South Project: <br />1. Relationship to Municipal Comprehensive Plan. <br />2. The Geographical area involved. <br />3. Whether such use will tend to or actually <br />depreciate the area in which it is proposed. <br />4. The character of the surrounding area. <br />5. The demonstrated need for such use. <br />SECTION II. Pursuant to Chapter 41.23, the Official Mounds <br />View Zoning Map is hereby amended to reflect the following <br />rezoning: <br />Mounds View Business Park South is hereby rezoned from B-3, <br />Highway Commercial District to PUD, Planned Unit <br />Development: <br />08-30-23-42-0006 <br />08-30-23-43-0001 <br />08-30-23-43-0013 <br />08-30-23-43-0014 <br />SECTION III.
