Call to <br />Mayor Hankner at 7:00 PM on Monday, October 9, 1989. Order <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Paone, 3. Roll Call <br />Wuori, Qui-'ck and Mayor Hankner. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Paulev and City Planner Hren. <br />Motion/Second: Paone/Quick to approve the September 4. Approval of <br />2 , 198 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br />5 ayes 0 nays September 25, <br />1989 <br />Motion Carried <br />Annette Steiner, 5220 O'Connell Drive, stated the S. Residents <br />notice she had received for a public hearing had Requests and <br />property identification numbers that she and others Comments from <br />could not identify, and asked for a clarification. the Floor <br />City Planner Hren explained the notice was in conjunc- <br />tion with the upcoming hearing on the Mounds View <br />Business Park South, and that the maps had been <br />changed to send out address numbers rather than PIN <br />numbers, and through an error, the numbers on the map <br />sent out did not coincide. She apologized for any <br />confusion experienced. <br />Mayor Hankner also apologized for any confusion caused. <br />Mayor Hankner closed the regular meeting and opened 5, Public Hearing: <br />the first public hearing at 7:07 PM.
