She is requesting support for development of <br />the Ramsey County Rice Creek Regional Trail Corridor through the Twin Cities Arms <br />Plant area. The issue is sirtilar to the Arden Hills Arsenal playfield project in that it is <br />in the same land area. <br />Staff is preparing a resolution to be handed to you at the November 6 agenda meeting <br />for your consideration. <br />MS/SL <br />Attached <br />
