Enough copies were delivered for all Councilmembers, Parks <br />and Recreation Commissioners, Clerk-Adm nistrator and Parks, Recreation <br />and Forestry Department. The copies will be distributed to the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission at the October 26 meeting. <br />Please find your copy attached. The plan will be put on the November 6 <br />meeting for discussion. This will give everyone some time to review the <br />plan. <br />MS/SL <br />t. <br />
