The way the ordinance is <br />set up, a fee is required to be paid if a new lot <br />is created. This proposal, however, does not create <br />a new lot. <br />Mr. Pauley reviewed the history of the development <br />of this property. He stated it was possible the <br />original developer paid the fee when the lot was <br />platted. Staff will research the question further. <br />0 <br />
