The survey is subject to the <br />recommendations of the City Engineer which are outlined in the <br />attached memorandum from the City Engineer dated October 11, <br />1989. This subdivision is subject to the park dedication fees <br />which are required as part of all subdivisions. The park <br />dedication fee will be approximately $100 for this proposal. <br />Staff is looking for direction from the Planning Commission with <br />regard to the appropriate resolution to prepare for this <br />request. <br />kRMH / BAC <br />
