RESOLUTION NO. 2568 <br />f ; CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS <br />FALLING ON LEGAL HOLIDAYS <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.01 of the Municipal Code calls for <br />regular meetings of the Mounds View City Council to occur on <br />the second and fourth Mondays of each month; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.03 of the Municipal Code calls for <br />agenda meetings of the Mounds View City Council to occur on <br />the first and third Mondays of each month; and <br />WHEREAS, certain Mondays in 1990 are dates recognized <br />as legal holidays, thus prohibiting an official meeting of <br />the Mounds View City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City <br />Council to reschedule those meetings in conflict with legal <br />holidays. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View that the following meeting dates are <br />rescheduled as shown: <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Original Date Rescheduled Date <br />January <br />1, 1990 <br />January <br />2, 1990 <br />January <br />15, <br />1990 <br />January <br />16, <br />1990 <br />February <br />19, <br />1990 <br />February <br />20,.1990 <br />May 28, <br />1990 <br />May 29, <br />1990 <br />September <br />3, <br />1990 <br />September <br />4, <br />1990 <br />November <br />12, <br />1990 <br />November <br />13, <br />1990 <br />December <br />24, <br />1990 <br />December <br />26, <br />1990 <br />Adopted this 2nd day of January, 1990. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
