UNAPPROVED_ November 27, 1989 <br />Mounds View City Council page Three <br />-------------- <br />Regular Meeting -------------- <br />-- <br />®Harriet Nelson, 8310 Long Lake Road, stated she had <br />originally owned the property and when she sold it to <br />someone other than Mr. Anderson, she did not believe <br />it would be for a duplex. <br />Charles Nelson, 8300 Long Lake Road, stated he is <br />against rezoning the property. <br />Don Anderson, pexplainedenue EheColumbia travels duringthe <br />owner of the property, p He plans to <br />winter and is concerned with security. <br />build. the unit and have family live in the other <br />section. <br />Mayor Hankner closed the public hearing at 7:55 and <br />reopened the regular meeting. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to deny Ordinance No. <br />483 forthe rezoning of the property at 8280 Long <br />Lake Road. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Wuori pointed out the property is in the <br />middle of a single family residential neighborhood and <br />it should be left as it is. <br />Councilmembers Paone and Quick stated they agreed with <br />Councilmember Wuori's comments. <br />Mayor Hankner added she also agreed.witouthe comments <br />of the Councilmemb�and <br />se pointedzoned for Rere are <br />-2. <br />areas in the city hichare <br />Mayor Hankner closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the next public hearing at 7:57 PM. <br />Ms. Hren reviewed the request of the applicant for a <br />wetlands alteration permit.
