eo� RESOLUTION NO. 2574 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW POLICY <br />REGARDING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council anticipates <br />receiving petitions for public improvements in the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council hereby sets policy <br />regarding the acceptance of petitions; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council states that the <br />petitioner shall submit all applicable information including, but <br />not Limited to, the demonstrated need for the improvements, the <br />proposed location and lay out (sketch plans) oI Lhe improvements <br />in accordance with applicable City ordinances, and the signatures <br />of one hundred percent (100%) of the directly affected and <br />benefitting properties relating to the public improvements at the <br />same time the petition is submitted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View hereby sets policy regarding acceptance <br />of petitions for public improvements pursuant to direction found <br />above. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />hJ <br />Adopted this llth day of December, 1989. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
