Mounds view City Council November 27, 1989 <br />Regular Meeting Page Eight <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve the request <br />Tor installation of streetlights between County Road <br />I and Hillview, on Long Lake Road, with the final <br />determination of location to be made by NSP. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Ms. Saarion presented samples to the <br />Council of <br />20. Consideration <br />recycled paper that is available for <br />the City news- <br />of Bids for <br />letter. <br />1990 <br />Newletter <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated it <br />is clearly in <br />Printing <br />the budget, and is cheaper than what <br />the City has <br />Contract <br />been paying for the presecic newsletter <br />for non - <br />recycled paper, and it also meets the <br />goals of <br />the Council for concern with the community <br />and <br />environment. <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Hankner to accept bid #3 <br />from Nystrom Publishing, for doing the entire <br />newsletter on recycled paper, with the cover <br />being semi -glossy, at a cost of $14,597.44. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mr. Kerney reported he had met with the attorneys 21. Report of ` <br />for Hardees and the developer and reviewed changes Attorney <br />suggested by both sides to the development agreement. <br />Mayor Hankner questioned why none of the changes <br />were suggested two weeks ago when they met to work <br />on the development agreement. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated the City typically <br />does not change a development agreement at the <br />request of a developer. <br />Ted Rose, no address given, asked if Burger King <br />had requested any changes at the time of their <br />development agreement. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied the attorneys <br />from their corporate office spent a good deal of <br />time reviewing it but they did agree with the <br />City's wording. He noted if the Council starts <br />making changes, all types will be requested. <br />Motion/Second: Panne/Wuori to authorize Attorney <br />Karney to bring the development agreement back to <br />Hardees with the only change being that proposed by <br />Attorney Karney in paragraph 1. _ <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
