� Al <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3045 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A POLICY ON <br />THE RECOGNITION OF DONATIONS TO THE CITY <br />WHEREAS, during the development of Mounds View many <br />individuals and organizations contributed time and funds to <br />the development of parks and other municipal facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, it is expected that the City will continue to <br />receive such contributions in the future; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to establish a policy allowing <br />for the recognition of contributions from individuals or <br />organizations without minimizing the past, present or future <br />contributions of others; and <br />WHEREAS, said policy must also allow the City the <br />opportunity to recognize all who have made or will make <br />contributions in an equally appropriate fashion. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the recognition of <br />contributions to City parks and facilities shall be limited to <br />the placement plaques or signs of a design and in a location <br />approved by the City.
