For Level C employees, the following areas must <br />be satisfactory on the most recent performance <br />review in order to be classified as Level D. <br />Ability to lead a work crew. <br />Ability to assist in scheduling other <br />employees, materials, equipment and <br />activities. <br />Ability to assist in training of other <br />employees. <br />Knowledge of operations in all departments. <br />Ability to assume supervisory dudes in the <br />absence of the Public Works Foreman. <br />Ability to respond to and resolve complaints <br />effectively. <br />ARTICLE =I.
