H in Moundsview <br />Dear Mr. Pauley: <br />to <br />296-8649 <br />I am pleased to inform you that we now have all the necessary <br />approvals and appraisals for the reconveyance of that portion of <br />the above referenced parcel as shown in red on the enclosed map <br />and as described in the enclosed legal description. The subject <br />property is now available for its appraised value of $1,500.00, <br />to the City of Moundsview for public purposes. <br />Since the grantor (State of Minnesota) is responsible to Day a <br />deed tax of $4.95, the State will accept payment in the amount of <br />$1,495.05 ($1,500.00 minus $4.95) and have the City pay the deed <br />tax when they record the quit claim deed from the State. If this <br />is acceptable please submit payment in the amount of $1,495.05 in <br />the form of a certified check, cashier's check or money order <br />made payable to "Commissioner of Transportation - Trunk Highway <br />Fund". I have enclosed a self-addressed stamped envelope for the <br />C1[y's reply. <br />Upon receipt of the above payment, a quit claim deed for public <br />purposes will be issued to the City of Moundsview using the <br />enclosed legal description.
