EXHIBIT 2A <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT 82-52 <br />In addition to the foregoing condition, the Developer agrees to the <br />following: <br />1. The Developer authorizes the City to transfer surplus escrow <br />fees paid at the time of application for use to pay for the <br />cost of inspection and administration for the pond control <br />structure and electrical hook-up of the streetlights. The <br />Developer further agrees to pay all bills received within <br />30 days of receipt should the cash escrow be inadequate. <br />2. The Developer agrees to make SWM payments in a total amount <br />of $179,411.21 which will fulfill the Developer's responsibility <br />for fees required by Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code. The <br />payment will be made in the amount of $8,495.77 per building <br />permit request for the lots described below: <br />Block 7 Lots 1-11 <br />Block 8 Lots 1-10 <br />3. The Developer agrees to submit necessary permit approvals from <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District as required prior to the <br />City's building permit approval. <br />4. Completion of the pond and control structure shall be made no <br />later than November 15, 1982 for acceptance by the City. <br />5. Completion of the electrical hook-up of streetlights as installed <br />with the Mounds View Improvement Project 81-3 will be the <br />responsibility of the Developer. (look -up shall be made within <br />15 days after power is available. <br />f.
